Psychotherapy & Mindful Movement

Individual Psychotherapy
Individual Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, ADHD & More | In person in Mansfield, TX or virtual across Texas & Alabama
Maybe you've been having a hard time sleeping. Maybe you've been feeling down lately and can see you're letting yourself go. Maybe it's hard to focus, hard to connect with others, or there's something from years ago you haven't really gotten over. Whatever brought you here, taking the first step to seek help can feel terrifying — and bring relief at the same time.
You deserve a place where you feel safe, heard, and respected. That's what I work to provide: a warm, calming space where your feedback is held in confidence and where we work together toward noticeable improvements in your daily life.
Therapy Is More Than Sitting and Talking
People often think therapy is strictly sitting down and talking about feelings. It's much more than that. My sessions take a mind-body approach tailored to you as an individual, and no two people's paths look the same.
Depending on your needs and comfort level, sessions may include:
Talk therapy and CBT — identifying the behavior patterns and thought habits contributing to the issue
Mindfulness and somatic work — deep breathing and body awareness, so you can recognize how your body communicates its needs (chest tightness, feeling constantly on edge, racing thoughts — often signs of a body stuck in fight-or-flight)
Mindful movement — as a certified personal trainer as well as a therapist, I bring movement into the work when it helps
Expressive art — for those who find it easier to process visually than verbally
Lifestyle exploration — we may look at eating and sleeping habits, and even possible nutrient deficiencies, that could be playing a role in how you feel. These are changes within your control that can improve daily functioning.
If eye contact or talking feels hard at first, that's okay — we can start where you're comfortable.

What You Can Expect From Me
I'm here to act as your guide — someone who holds no bias toward your situation and can offer insight and perspective you can't always get from the people closest to you. I'll bring attention to patterns that may be contributing to the problem, and we'll work toward your goals together.
Does that mean it will be easy? No. Real progress takes effort and accountability. But as you grow, you'll begin to find new strengths from within. You are important, and you have purpose.
Finding a Therapist Is Not One-Size-Fits-All
It's important that you feel comfortable with your therapist and their approach. If at any point the fit doesn't feel right, please tell me — I'll help connect you with a therapist better tailored to your needs. This is your health journey.
